New vintage, our Mademoiselle de "T" cuvée, 2020
One of the earliest years, 2020 in the Loire center is a real challenge. For the most agile winegrowers, it will offer remarkable concentration and superb expressions.
As the harvests were still ahead at Tracy (higher foliage height), we took full advantage of the first part of the harvests under thermal amplitude.
These very beautiful days allowed us to harvest in excellent conditions, at our own pace: precise sorting, very healthy grapes, arrived in the cellar at low temperature.
The warmer end of the harvest prompted us to step up the pace and systematize the night harvest.

Année parmi les plus précoces, 2020 est en centre Loire un véritable défi. Pour les vignerons les plus agiles, il offrira une concentration remarquable et de superbes expressions.
Les récoltes étant toujours en avance à Tracy (hauteur de feuillage plus haute), nous avons pleinement profité d’une première partie de vendanges sous amplitude thermique. Ces très belles journées nous ont permis de récolter dans d’excellentes conditions, à notre rythme : tris précis, raisins très sains, arrivées en cave à température basses. La fin des vendanges plus chaude, nous a incité à accélérer la cadence et à systématiser la vendange de nuit.
2020 aura demandé une grande agilité dans l’organisation des récoltes, le millésime sera essentiellement bâti sur les raisins ramassés au juste point de maturité, les équilibres sont précis, l’aromatique puissante. #degustation #millesime #2020 #vin #winelover #winstagram #whitewine #frenchwine #wine
