Well folks… the big man with the burlap sack has been and gone, turkeys have been roasted, dessert has been served and everyone’s lay up on the sofa and watched Gavin and Stacey!! We hope you all had a wonderful 2 days over the festive period, The Nearby team certainly did!!

Just as a reminder, we’re operating under the hours of 9AM-6PM from now until January 3rd!

Fresh milk has been dropped in this morning, along with fresh coleslaw.

He’s Been a NAUGHTY ELF!!!

So naughty that as you can see, he’s on day 5 of his “cool out”

Maybe he’ll be back in action tomorrow around the shop if he improves and apologies for his cheeky antics!!

A screaming match.

He climbed up onto Page and shouted,

“SANTA SANTA YOU’VE COME TO TAKE ME HOME!!”

Then he realised that the jolly person laughing and in red was not Santa but my sister Page who came down to help in the shop…

This resulted in a screaming match but it’s okay they’ve become best friends and they’re now both singing together and talking about the North Pole!

A lot of slurping noises when I opened the shop!

I walked in this morning, and kept hearing hiccups and slurps and a lot of giggling, when I went to open the doors the cheeky little elf revealed himself to have drank a whole bottle of Shlor! And he told me

“It’s a good thing you arrived when you did, I would have definitely helped myself to another bottle! It’s so yummy and it’s on offer!”

Cheeky little elf has went from a bath to a bottle… tut tut, what’s next? Going out on the town?
