Hello dear customers, friends and family we like to announce our private circumstances so everyone will know and understand.
A client bought from us stella beer then she accused us that the beer got her blind so we went to investigation with the police and it was along story and hard one but off-course we got innocent. So we would like to say a few things.
First beer don’t cause blindness. Even if it expired months or years ago.
( According to the eye doctor)(Ophthalmologist).
Anyone who drink knows about that.
We don’t know if her claim is true or she is blind for months and want something from us. we do not know the truth yet because she didn’t do her medical investigations.
Second we take all of our products directly from the warehouse of the factory in El Gouna then to our warehouse then to you directly.
Third every product have Expiration date printed on each bottle or can so we do not sell something expired and you are free to examine the product before take it.
Forth if we found bottle or can got hit or got open we do not deliver it or if we didn’t notice that it is hit and the client tell us it’s not totally closed we change it right away with a new one with no extra delivery fees or extra money.
Fifth we are not responsible of any illegal mix may some of the clients do with the beer or spirits ( we are not responsible of any results it may cause) if some people mix the drinks with illegal stuff it may do some health issues so we ARE NOT responsible for those, it’s your decision your responsibility.
Finally we are a big company who supply to hotels and restaurants due to corona virus we started to deliver to people so you can drink and chill in your house with no fear of going out .
We never once received a complain form any hotel or restaurant or person.
All of our papers are legal we have license for selling so we do not do anything illegal.
We are doing this job for more than 40 years now. it’s our family’s company through the generations . We have reputation and standards we work through.
Important Announcement we will not deliver inside of apartment or villa we will deliver in front of the street door so we do not want any problems so please do not ask us to deliver inside of your household.
We hope all of you be well and safe. God knows that we treat all of you as our family not just clients so be safe, be legal and be healthy.

Do you know the difference between the two types of sparkling wine?
First one: Sparkling wine made by La méthode traditionnelle ou champenoise which is the method of making the sparkling wine inside the bottle by adding yeast to the bottle then close it then wait for the yeast to coonver the sugar inside the wine into alcohol. This method takes at least 2 years to finish. Usually sparkling wine made by this method is higher in price than other method
Example of this method in Egypt in Le Baron Sparkling wine.
Second one: Sparkling wine made by Prosecco method which is the method of making the sparkling wine inside big tanks by adding the yeast leaving the yeast to convert the sugar into alcohol then filling the wine inside the bottles under pressure. usually sparkling wine made by this method is lower in price than the first method.
Example of this method in Egypt is La Vita sparkling wine.

Hello everyone, we have an announcement to make.
Please it’s the first rule here in the page is to treat us with respect we don’t ask for more.
As we said before if you order early and confirmed your order you will receive your order at the same day, if you order late you will receive it the next day.. we take last order 2 pm and the last time for delivery is 4 or 5 pm maximum.. like we said before we own a company that supply hotels, restaurants and resorts with these products but when the lockdown happen we decided to make the delivery service.
To be clear we are the owners of the company and we like to deliver ourselves we don’t want a delivery man to do the delivery so we can guarantee that our services and language is very good , believe us it will be a-lot easier to get a delivery man to do that for us but you won’t be glad with the service anymore and we won’t be so different than other bars or restaurants .
And if you order early and we couldn’t delivery due to it’s day off or we are out of hurghada please bear with us and wait till the next day maximum to receive the order or for the holidays to end. We are really trying to do our best...The man who deliver is working 3 different jobs a day so please show some Appreciation and kindness as a lot of you already have and already are.
Number 3 . Our prices is really the cheapest in the market all our respected and great customers have confirmed that and even some was ready to pay more if we make the prices like the other bars and cafes but we don’t want that, because when we say we are the cheapest, we don’t want to lie...we want to be honest with you and with ourselves and we want to do the best we can .
This man ordered but he didn’t confirm his order and we called him, text him and wait for him to confirm the order but he didn’t so we didn’t deliver then he came and cursed and said some of the despicable words and he ordered us ( you deliver, you will deliver, you have to deliver)
As he have a party , we said a lot that we cannot deliver now as it was between 6 and 8 pm. At last he threatened us by saying ( if you don’t deliver you will lose a lot of business i will make sure) and even after all of this we didn’t want anyone to be not happy with our service so we told him if he know a taxi send them to us and we will send it to him but he started talking nonsense and cursing again and threatening again.... He even said that we sleep as i said that the delivery man is working 3 jobs more than 16 hours a day, he even said that we have to work more ( are you even a human being)...This is not acceptable at all then we blocked him.
I just want to share this bad experience with you , so sorry if this was taking so long but we wanted to share a msg with you please be kind and gentle..please don’t judge so soon or treat people bad. So sorry if there are any bad words on this conversation..
