What a day! It was quite a pleasure having the Drinks of the World Genève Drinks Of The World Drinks of the World Bahnhof Luzern team here. We brewed a Grapefruit Blanche with Citra hops and fresh grapefruit. This is the fourth collaboration beer we have done together and will be the perfect beer to drink outside in the sun or on the train. You will be able to find it in all their shops found in the train stations in Geneva, Switzerland, Bern, @Bâle, Zürich, Switzerland, Luzern, Switzerland, Oerlikon, and Winterthur, Switzerland. Available in just a few weeks.
Nous avons eu le plaisir de brasser lundi 13 mars 2017 notre quatrième bière de collaboration avec
Drinks of the Wolrd. Un représentant de chaque magasin est venu à cette occasion. Grâce à leur
collaboration, nous avons pu ajouté du jus de grapefruit à la recette. Cette bière désaltérante sortira
dès fin avril 2017. Il s’agît de la Grapefruit Blanche – 5 % vol.alc. Santé
Yesterday was a a super day with Walt and Evan from Wicked Weed Brewing and Wicked Weed Funkatorium. The beer we made together contains fresh cacao, cinnamon, ancho peppers, vanilla beans, and honey from Bonotto SA along with coffee from La Semeuse. At the moment, it is fermenting with a mixed culture containing Brett. After an awesome day at the brewery we celebrated at La Mise en Bière. It was a rocking event!
Thank you Walt, Evan, the entire Wicked Weed crew, the staff at La Mise en Bière, and all the beautiful beer drinkers for an incredible evening filled with fantastic beer. Let's do it again soon.
