Angel’s Envy has released its 13th annual Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Wine Barrels. This 2024 edition introduces a new twist by blending the traditional Ruby Port Wine finish with a Tawny Port Wine finish, resulting in a bourbon of extraordinary depth. 

Master Distiller Owen Martin describes this release as honoring familiar flavors while adding complexity through the Tawny finish, reflecting the brand’s commitment to innovation within its traditions.

Coconut Cartel Añejo Rum

Aged in new, charred American white oak barrels for 4 to 12 years, and cut to 80 proof with freshly harvested coconut water in Guatemala.

TASTING NOTES
This blend features tropical aromas of fresh coconut with hints of banana, mango and vanilla. Upon tasting, notes of plantain, caramel, sandalwood and burnt brown sugar come forward with of course coconut making a subtle appearance alongside a flint of minerality and a touch of saltiness from the coconut water.

Ardbeg Spectacular.

Ardbeg Spectacular is the special distillery bottling released for Fèis Ìle 2024. A first for Ardbeg, the single malt Scotch whisky was matured in Port wine casks before it was then married with classic bourbon barrels.

Nose Perfumed and aromatic, with notes of lavender followed by leather, woodsmoke, mint and an almond nuttiness.

Palate Full and oily with a salty menthol freshness and woodsmoke with sweeter notes of toffee, apple crumble and fudge.

Finish Long and lingering with leather, salted caramel and that minty note persisting.
