Not sure who felt the need to do this! The bin is for clothes and not your garbage, broken toys, household items or old moldy shoes! I could go back through security footage but what would be the point. However, from this point forward anyone dropping items that are clearly stated that aren’t wanted or piling their items in the parking lot will have their licence plates noted and the police called.
