BACK IN STOCK 🤍 The Corte Adami Soave is back in stock in Alberta! This beautiful bottle of white wine from the Soave region in Veneto, Italy is primarily Garganega with a touch of Trebbiano, harvested from the vineyards organic soils.
Soave has hallmark notes of chamomile tea and gentle lemon. Met with soft peach, a touch of grapefruit and a hint of saline on the finish.

Our ‘Queen Cardi’ cocktail from last week’s pop up at was such a hit, we thought we would share the recipe with you. Made using Floral Wormwood, green cardamom and kaffir lime leaf, it’s bright and citrusy but also incredibly familiar and comforting (like any good cocktail or mocktail should be).
2 oz Gnista Floral Wormwood
1oz Green Cardmom & Kaffir Lime syrup
Squeeze of fresh lime
Soda.
Assemble all your ingredients in a short rocks glass over ice. Top with soda and a twist of lime.
To make your syrup use 1 cup rich syrup (1:1 sugar to water) and add a handful or green cardamom pods and 5-6 kaffir like leaves. Let steep for 4-5 hours. Strain and bottle that magic up! Store this in your fridge and use whenever you’re drinks need a little extra flavour!

Fresh and vibrant on the palate, the wine juxtaposes crunchy cranberry and pomegranate fruit with firm, food-friendly tannins and hints of dried rose petals, button mushrooms, and herbs. Savory and delicious, the Unculín finishes with further waves of mouthwatering tannins and a lip-smacking dusting of smoky minerals.

If you’re looking for a beautiful alternative to vermouth Floral Wormwood is an excellent alcohol free option.
Aromatic and fresh on the nose, then bitterness and tones of green herbs, orange peel and a floral finish. Use as usual. As a base for non-alco cocktails, over ice with a tonic or savour on its own as an aperitif.

Don’t be fooled, a bottle of dry French rosé is delicious any time of year. Le Vieux Lavoir Perle Rosé comes from a 30 hectare parcel in Pujaut, a town in the southern France department of Gard near Tavel. The region is on the edge of Languedoc-Roussillon where it meets Provence, and sits on the Rhone river in the foothills of the Massif Central to the North.
