Looking for the perfect cocktail for Valentine's Day? You're going to want to save this Gin Spritz recipe via 💌💗

Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 2 tbsp jam (blackberry, blueberry, or strawberry)
- 5 oz lemon lime sparkling water

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add in the jam and gin.
- Shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain the drink into a large wine glass filled with ice.
- Top with lemon-lime sparkling water.
- Garnish with flowers and fresh fruit. Enjoy!

The countdown is on! 🍺

PEI Beer Fest is taking place on Feb 21st & 22nd at the Eastlink Centre with three sessions to choose from:

▪ Friday: 6:30pm - 9:30pm
▪ Saturday afternoon: 2:00pm - 4:30pm
▪ Saturday evening: 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Breweries from all over the East Coast will be providing samples of beer, ciders, and coolers + there will be live music and local food pairings.

New this year: Complimentary shuttle service provided for ticket holders. Must show ticket to get on the shuttle.
