- 5x zoom cooperative care training sessions where we will actively work with you and your dog towards your training goals.

Do you ever wonder how often your pet should have their nails trimmed?

👍 As a rule of thumb, we say that indoor dogs and cats should have their nails trimmed at least every 4-6 weeks. Sometimes this can be extended or shortened depending on your pet's lifestyle.

🐕 At your first nail trim appointment we can discuss your pet's lifestyle and get them on a schedule that is perfect for them!

🐶Dogs and cats are meant to walk on the pads of their feet, not their nails.

Their pads give them (padded) support, absorb impact and provide a non-slip surface.
Putting their body weight on their nails can cause:
🐾 toe and joint pain
🐾 slipping on floors which can lead to injuries such as muscle or ligament strains
🐾 sensitivity to handling
🐾 broken or cracked nails
🐾 unhealthy nail beds
🐾 long quicks
