That is the question...so I paired these robust flavoured choices with the more mellow flavoured chicken to give a perfectly rounded out meal....
The Zjnctastic (cab/merlot) from is a full body yet gentle red with notes of fruit and balanced out because it's light on tannins....
From Afar Amber Ale from is made with a German barley malt base and is light with hints of honey....
What did I pair these beauties with?
