We recently popped by The Beer Garden’s patio to try some of their incredible menu items, like the Salt and Vinegar Calamari and the Taco Salad (which just so happen to pair perfectly with the LÜVO Sparkling Rosé) and it was the best way to spend a sunny afternoon on the waterfront 💖 So get down there and enjoy!

This week we’re , where Chef Calvin has ever so kindly shared with us his Lemon Herb Marinade Recipe for the perfect Chicken Supreme. A simple marinade intended to highlight the light summer flavours of the dish and make the chicken pop with peppery lemon flavour.
