This is an annoucement for our customer who buys Kinsmen Bingo card from us.
First of all, we are sorry for making our customer confused with lots of different information.
In this post, I will explain how we were trying to sell Bingo card until now.
We started getting the Bingo card few months ago, and when I was making an account with Kinsmen Bingo card, I was told from them that we can sell our tickets for the next week the week before. That's why we have been selling the tickets on Saturday after 5:00 pm.
I may have understood it wrong, so I double checked with the Kinsmen Bingo company and they told me we can sell the ticket however we want.
What I was trying to do was, by making tickets for next week only can be sold on this week, whole months tickets won't be sold out in just one week and whoever miss those chances won't have their card for the whole months. Therefore, I tried to give equal chances to customer for each week.
For past two months, we brought 75 cards each week and they were all sold out in about an hour or hour and half because of the jackpot amount is high, so for customers who couldn't get the tickets from us, please understand that we are selling really fast.
From now, I will make sure to tell all our staff to sell the tickets properly on right time which is after Saturday 5:00 pm.
I'm really sorry about people getting wrong informaiton.
This is our story until now, and from here, I want to ask customers what they want us to do so that we can look into it and come up with better method.
We can sell all the months tickets at the first week of the months to our cusomters and by doing this I'm pretty sure we will be sold out all the tickets in few days. From our perspective, we want customers to come and buy the ticket each week so that all the customer can take their chance to buy each week.
However, I will create a poll and see what our customers want and I will try to meet their needs as possible.
Until then, we will still be selling each weeks ticket after Saturday 5:00 pm.
