MISSING DOG:
Poor Willow here has been missing from her Riding Mountain home for a few days now. She has been sighted along the #5 highway and in Kelwood.

MB Hydro will be doing some maintenance to the power lines tomorrow, Monday, December 18th from 9 to 12. The Barn will be closed at that time & reopen once they have finished their work.
We will be open at 8am and will close at 9 for the crew to do their job. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The Barn Project

Born out of necessity, The Barn was Kelwood’s attempt at solving their local needs. A group of dedicated Men brought together the vision of a structure that could not only serve their own town, but of all those who pass. Five years of arduous commitment later and The Barn has finally opened for business. In the front we have The Mountain General, looking to serve the rural area with a gas bar and a general selection of goods. Hours of operation will be: Mon-Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Sunday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm In the back we have The Farmer’s Daughter, a small town diner with fresh food made daily from scratch; home made bread, burgers, soups and more. Hours of operation will be: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Sunday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm We hope to see you soon!
