• 5cl / 1.5oz Citadelle Gin Jardin d’Été
• 15cl / 4.5oz Tonic
• 1 lemon zest

Preparation

• Chill a large balloon glass and fill it with large clear ice cubes.
• Pour in the Citadelle Gin.
• Add the tonic water.
• Express the lemon peel and place it gently into the glass.
