We keep saying that a good wine will pair with anything. We really aren't kidding. For all of those who still enjoy a nice bologna/baloney sandwich, or other option, the best wines to pair with it are Chilean or New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The red lovers on the page will want to try an Argentinian Malbec. Enjoy!

There are varying opinions about the true effectiveness of aerating in the moment, but many people do say it makes a difference in their red wine. Ultimately, it is up to you whether you aerate or not.
