Good morning, our wonderful customers.
Last Saturday was Lisa’s birthday.
Many people sent us birthday wishes for Lisa. Thank you so much for your kindness and compliments.

Lisa has been working 7 days a week for almost one year.
Now I have to consider seriously
Lisa’s health.
Lisa is not young as you know.
She is over 60 years old now.
I decided to give her one day off per week. As of June, Lisa’s Edam Restaurant will be closed on every Sunday. But we will open Monday-Saturday including holidays.

I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.
