Fraser & Thompson - A blend Canadian Whiskey and Kentucky Bourbon: the first ever North American Whiskey. Named for 2 rivers in BC.

Currently available at our Signature Location in Crowfoot!

Crafted in Bardstown, KY, Paul hand-selects the American oak barrels to blend and create a distinct flavor profile of sweet fig and blood orange. A subtle finish of caramel and vanilla (and just a hint of spice), round out the flavor.

As for that signature smoothness, legend has it that Michael Bublé personally sings to each oak barrel, imbuing them with his velvety charm.

The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit. Fresh and full, with notes of candy on the finish.

Whispering Angel rosé has a Fresh red berry fruit characteristics with floral notes. Ripe and fleshy feel on the palate. Smooth and round finish and no astringent aftertaste.

🥃Deanston 18 year
This award-winning whisky has been fully matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels for 18 years. A classic Deanston whisky with notes of sweet barley sugar, vanilla and crisp apple.

🥃Cadenhead Tomintoul-Glenlivet 14 year
Full bodied, fruity and nutty. This delightfully complex dram has a layered sweetness, represented by notes of chocolate orange and salted caramel and backed up by hints of stewed apples and alcohol soaked sultanas.

🥃Kilkerran 12 year
Matured in a classic combination of bourbon casks sherry casks. Initially zesty with citrus notes of lemon cheesecake and an oiliness typical of a Campbeltown whisky. Peat smoke, leather bound books and peppery, spicy notes develop over time, along with sweet sticky toffee pudding.

Flavor notes of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla wafers and a soft hint of pepper lead to a beautiful, sweet, complex finish with creamy mouth feel.

Alberta Distillers Limited Rare Batch No. 1 Limited edition
First barreled at the turn of the millennium in 2000 and aged for 23 long years. Nose: Oak spices with hints of pear. Palate: 75% dark chocolate nibs, cherry twizzlers and Werther's caramels. Finish: Medium length with lingering sweetness.

John Sleeman & Sons - The Coopers Rye
This 100% Canadian Rye is aged for a minimum of 3 years in new Canadian white Oak barrels. The virgin white oak lends a gentle sweetness to the distinct spice of rye.
