Our Wine of The Month is Brewer Clifton Santa Rita Hills Chardonnay!

Chardonnay from four unique vineyards is blended to create this expressive Californian white wine, with each vineyard contributing vastly different expressions that harmonize in the finished wine.

The wine exhibits fruity aromas of lemon and kiwi, along with sweet basil. On the palate are flavours of jasmine, lime and a minerality thanks to the region’s marine-influenced climate and soils.

This Chardonnay is perfectly enjoyed with pork and shellfish.

🍷Treat yourself to a delicious glass of red wine with your dinner tonight!

Dry and bold, with notes of red and black fruit, Cap D’Or is a great example of a Bordeaux blend from Saint-Georges-Saint-Émilion. Made predominantly from Merlot and Cabernet Franc, it pairs perfectly with beef or lamb!
