Cheers to the weekend with this truly “Vino Nobile” from the Abram Brothers Simone and Leonardo. If you never tasted their wines beforehand it is a must to try this 2016 vintage from the cru Le Caggiole. Made from biodinamically grown Sangiovese grapes. Dark purple. Bleuberries, dark cherries and spices. Extremely silky tannins , full body and an endless after taste. This tiny estate Podere Il Macchione won’t stay much longer under the radar.
