Meet our Hard Cut Gin: Hand harvested kikuyu grass, double juniper backbone, soft hints of coriander seed, oris root, angelica root and dehydrated orange peel. Pour over ice with your favourite tonic.

Feeling thirsty? Try this Passionfruit Sour for a hit of sunshine in your mouth ☀️😋
What you'll need 👇
50ml Directors Cut Gin
10ml Creme de Pêche
20ml Fresh Apple Juice
10ml Lime Juice
10ml Passionfruit Pulp
10ml Egg White
5ml Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, fill with fresh ice, seal and shake well. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh Passionfruit.
Warning: these ones are seriously delicious and big crowd pleaser so be ready to pump them out all arvo long.
