As fresh as a spring morning, here are 3 gorgeous textural whites that will delight with the foods we crave at this time of the year…
Canvas Fiano is an authentic, yet local, take on this classic Italian variety. Lovely structured floral notes and aromas of lemon curd and honeydew lead directly into similar flavours with a gentle saline, nutty tone. Experience this gorgeous wine in the upcoming Expo at our Noranda store.
Avant Garde Albariño shows off the beautiful Swan Valley’s ability to produce aromatic Mediterranean-style whites. This Spanish variety has found a home among the vineyards at Sittella, demonstrating lime blossom and pear aromas which carry through, adding some grapefruit and lovely savoury notes in the mouth.
Jasci Pecorino is a lovely Italian white with citrus, leaning into light stone fruit apricot and white peach characters. A pleasant gentle salinity brings up the rear on this lovely wine which, as a bonus is fully organic!
Another bonus of all 3 of these wines is their vegan friendly status, an absolute bonus in such tasty fresh whites.

Everyone round here loves fortifieds, but by golly they make some ripping table wines too. Take this brand new release of their Zabava red for example... 🍷👈

Bathed in fading Noranda afternoon light is just about this wine's native habitat. First of all, Talijancich's home in Herne Hill is only a hop and a skip away; this is a genuine local. What's more, the Zabava is made for evenings like this.

This is a light, juicy blend of Shiraz and Graciano that's made to be chilled. All maraschino cherry, blackcurrant, and sweet spice, with subtle basil-y herbal inflections from the Graciano. Little bit of fizz too! If the pic doesn't spark your imagination, picture Christmas Day 🤌

🍺 Moon Safari is a Double Dry Hopped Hazy, utilising Citra, Azacca and Super Sauvin Hops. Chock full of flavour, this 7.9% Hazy has massive appeal to go along with the massive flavour and comes all the way from the wilds of Bassendean!

Been a sec since our last mixed beverage on here, and is something we're excited about enough to whip out the shaker 🤝

House is a local venture out of Baysie by nice industry people, producing excellent spirit with a socially conscious imperative. It's also made with a hint of native rivermint, which gave us the inspiration for this classic little daiquiri twist:

Have a go at the 'Bernice' 🌿:

50ml House Vodka
7.5ml Galliano L'Autentico
15ml Lime
10ml Rich Sugar Syrup
1 dash absinthe (to rinse glass)
lil mint leaf garnish, if you like
