And our final legend inducted to the Clare Valley Wine Hall of Fame is Stephanie Toole, Mount Horrocks Wines’ Owner.

Winemaker Stephanie Toole carefully crafts “essentially hand-made food wines with emphasis on structure as well as generous fruit flavours”. Stephanie is a trailblazer in producing A grade certified organic and biodynamic Clare Valley wines that are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Only estate grown grapes are used and these are hand-picked and gently handled to ensure the varietal and site-specific flavours, as well as its organic and biodynamic status, are retained. For this reason, she has developed an award winning national and international Clare Valley wine brand. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the Clare Valley region through her role as chair of the Clare Valley Winemakers and tourism associations., always showcasing the Clare Valley in the front of mind. She continues to support the Clare Valley Wine & Grape Association generously by contributing to tastings, hosting workshops and attending events on behalf of the region.
