Tyre Storage and Recovery WA waste tyre collection and disposal With this being identified TSR WA has spent the last few years concentrating on the mining industry and their disposal needs.

During our many years in the collection industry we became one of the preferred tyre collection companies and were engaged in the collection and baling process in both Maddington and Albany. f tyres and the idea of placing them in specially designed storage facilities, approved by the Department of Environment and Conservation (DWER) that allow the material to be recovered for recycling at a later date. During our many years in the metro tyre collection process TSR WA identified a demand for the mining industry and regional Western Australia in the safe storage of waste rubber products ie earth moving tyres (OTR), conveyor belt, 4x4 and car tyres etc etc.

It has recently been brought to my attention that there is a company collecting waste tyres advertising our (TSRWA) address and/or disposal location. We find this very alarming and wish to advise that we have no affiliation with this company, nor do we dispose of tyres from this company.

The company details provided are OZ Scrap Tyre and Copper Recycling ABN: 92 667 720 461

This company is in no way apart of TSRWA nor do we accept disposal of tyres from them.

TSR WA is a DWER compliant disposal location, and we support the correct disposal and recycling of used tyres.

We DO NOT support the illegal collection and disposal of tyres. The incorrect collection and disposal of tyres causes a massive environmental problem and we have such reported this company to the DWER.

Please ensure that all tyres collected from your premises are by a compliant company and check that they are disposing of them correctly as the DWER and local councils CAN and WILL enforce the incorrect disposal on your company and we do not wish to see any of our form clients fall victim to this.

We encourage all customers to check all disposal locations and to contact them if there are any doubts that the information that the collector is providing is correct.

I can confirm that the only company approved for disposal of waste tyres at our facility is DNA Tyre Recovery.

If anyone ever claims that they are an approved collector and list their disposal site as TSR WA – Tammin please reach out to myself and I will be more than happy to confirm.
