Looking for a delicious cocktail for your next spring party? 🌸✨ Try making this fruity batch cocktail 🍹 See full recipe below.

Ingredients:
1 part St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 part of fresh lemon juice
A few dashes of bitters
4 parts Squealing Pig Sparkling Rosé
Fresh sliced strawberries
Ice

Method:
1. Add elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, bitters, and sparkling rosé into your drink dispenser and stir until combined.
2. Slice the strawberries and add them in.
3. Add in the ice when you are ready to serve. Enjoy!

Welcoming spring with DIY Cocktail Guy’s refreshing Cucumber & Elderflower Spring Spritz! 🍹

Ingredients (Serves 2):
60mL St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
60mL cucumber juice
30mL fresh lemon juice
½ can of Barry Crushed Lemon
Tonic water to top up
Thinly sliced cucumber for garnish

Method:
1. To make the cucumber juice, blend chopped cucumber, water, fresh lemon juice, and mint sprigs. Set aside. (See the full recipe in the link below)
2. In a shaker, combine St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, cucumber juice, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well.
3. Garnish tall glasses with sliced cucumber and double-strain the cocktail.
4. Top each glass with half a can of Barry Crushed Lemon and tonic water.

The summer countdown is on 🌞⏳ Can't wait to sip on this delicious Watermelon Lime Granita on a sunny day 🍉🍋 Ingredients (Serves 4): 250mL Neurita Citrus Tequila 60mL sugar syrup 1 cup coconut cream 2 cups chopped watermelon 2 fresh lime Fresh mint leaves and watermelon wedges for garnish Method: 1. Blend the watermelon, lime juice, tequila, coconut cream and sugar syrup until smooth, then pour into a baking pan. 2. Freeze for 3-4 hours, then scoop with an ice-cream scoop or spoon into your glasses. 3. Drizzle with coconut cream and garnish with watermelon wedges and mint to serve. Here’s how you can whip up this sweet and tangy delight: Ingredients (serves 2): 90mL Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Vodka ½ cup of pitted cherries 30mL fresh lime juice 15mL simple syrup Lemonade, to top up Maraschino cherries, for garnish Method: 1.
