While the pros serve up aces, serve up this Aussie Smash cocktail to sip while watching the matches! 🎾🥂

Ingredients (serves 2):
90mL Gordon’s Dry Gin
30mL Monin Passionfruit Syrup
60mL fresh lime juice
30mL simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice
Sparkling water
Lime wheel & mint sprig to garnish

1. In a shaker, muddle 5-6 mint leaves with the passionfruit syrup and simple syrup.
2. Add gin, lime juice, and a handful of crushed ice. Shake well.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
4. Top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
