Cherry, redcurrant, fresh herbs and spice dance across the medium bodied palate with a nice balance of ripe fruit and more earthy and savoury notes. Add in some fine grained tannins and zippy acidity on the persistent finish and you have a tasty tipple that shows how well this variety can shine locally.
