The Florida Keys Stone Crab, remarkable not only in taste, but but it's ability to be sustainable fished with the ability to regrow their claws 🦞 one at a time. even had byob so I took advantage by taking the Basket Press 2015 i lugged around in my suitcase.

Apparently the only sustainable crab from the Florida Keys, you can remove an arm and it's grows back. The Keys Stone Crab, is meaty and delicious.. I even BYOD my 2015 basket press.. lobster bisque, stone crab and key lime pie.. mmmmm

Barossa have some interesting Grenache Blanc’s coming out across the valley. Enjoying some great Semillion, Grenache and Rose and winemaker Brett Grocke, who won 2021 Halliday Wine Companion Award for WInemaker of the Year

Always a favourite to visit in the Barossa Valley - A great range from the Chenin Blanc to their Sand Scrub. Pretty excited to try this 2010 Sandscrub!
Special enough that it’s 4 years in the barrel & 4 years in bottle before release.. 2010 was an exceptional year with Fellow Barossa winery getting 100 points for their 2010 Run Rig ..
