If there’s one thing that pairs well with dinner parties (even the ones on Zoom), it’s wine. This one is the Clarendelle by Haut-Brion Rouge 2015 Bordeaux 🍷

​A wine that exhibits more balance and elegance than power. A delicious vintage! The wine has a deep garnet-red colour and feature excellent balance. They also have noticeable, but moderate acidity as well as crunchy ripe red fruit flavours, along with hints of spice and liquorice. The tannin is round, smooth, and velvety. The delicious aftertaste is rich and concentrated.
