Lebanon has been captivating palates with its wine for nearly 6,000 years. This dinner will take you on a journey through the vines of Lebanon, introducing indigenous varietals unique to Lebanon.

Our wine merchant Nicole, will showcase Lebanese wine at its finest, from oak ageing to amphora, French grapes to Lebanese natives, allowing us to guide you through some of Lebanon’s most innovative & acclaimed wineries.

These artisanal pioneers are not just crafting wine; they’re weaving a narrative of flavour that resonates on the global stage. With an unwavering commitment to quality and an eye for the exquisite, they’re redefining connoisseurship with every bottle.

During this season of hope, and as our beloved Lebanon goes through so much heartache yet once again, Vins Du Liban is determined to support Lebanese winemakers to keep making wine amidst war. 🎄🇱🇧🙏🏼

We will be donating $5 from each sold Gift box to Lebanese charity - a non-profit that ensures dignity to Lebanese families that have been deprived of their basic needs and rights.

Join us in this endeavour by sharing with your family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, clients and associates, the amazing wine this ancient land has been producing for more than 6000 years.

Our Vins Du Liban Gift Boxes feature a bottle of red, white or rosé produced by a Fairtrade wine cooperative of more than 200 farmers in the depths of the Bekaa Valley.

Introducing Aurora Village red 🍷🍷🍷
The Village is produced from a blend of Merlot, Grenache, and Syrah grapes carefully handpicked by the beginning of September. The vineyards are located on mountainous terraces in the Batroun region of North Lebanon. First planted in 2003, these low yield vines (3500 bottles only) are planted at 900m altitude from the Mediterranean Sea.

Our Story

Our founder Nicole hails from a half Lebanese, half Australian background. Since a young age, Nicole has maintained a deep passion for the food and wine industry, coupled with over 8+ years experience in five star hotels and Michelin restaurants across the world.

After a trip to Lebanon in July 2019, she was amazed by the incredible wines the country had to offer. Upon returning to Sydney, she embarked upon her journey to start Vins Du Liban, a business where she could share the amazing wines of her Lebanese heritage with the Australian people.

Vins Du Liban translates in French to “Wines of Lebanon”. Lebanon has long maintained a strong French influence, hailing from its colonisation during the 1920s. This is evident when walking the streets of Beirut surrounded by classic French architecture, and the sexy sound of French widely spoken and radiating from cafes & bars.

Quitting her corporate job in pursuit of her passion, Nicole returned to Lebanon shortly after. After meeting over 10 wineries, talking with winemakers and visiting vineyards – she has curated a selection of boutique style wines to deliver to the Australian market.
