We’re excited to announce the stunning new 2022 vintage of the iconic Quintet is available now at cuvée.

The vineyard is planted with the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (15%), Malbec (5%), and Petit Verdot (5%). The 2022 was a small yield, but what was produced is powerful, structural, dark and broody, and most importantly… quintessentially Mount Mary.

Billecart Salmon Vintage 2016 in-stock now! 🍾

A wonderful assemblage of 66% Pinot Noir & 34% Chardonnay from 100% Grand Cru sites. The wine is vinified in stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation, then spends 5 years on less in bottle after which it is disgorged and given a lean 1.9g/L Extra Brut dosage.
