So sad to say goodbye to all my amazing customers. I will miss you all terribly, but the amazing Wendy will be stepping up and taking over when I head to my new store in Bendigo. A massive congratulations to Wendy. we all know you will be a fantastic manager.

So one of our go to recommendations for a nice full bodied red wine is the cat amongst the pigeons shiraz, With an alluring nose of pepper, blueberry, and blackberry, this Barossa Valley beauty has layers of flavour, ripe fruit, excellent balance, and enough structure to evolve for a few years, it's a favourite for not only our manager but a few regulars :)

NEW ADDITION COMING TO YOU WEEKLY❕❗️
🥃 DRINK OF THE WEEK 🥃
🍷 STONE'S SANGRIA 🍷
Ingredients:
1 bottle Stone's
3 bottles of red wine (preferrably Merlot)
375ml Brandy
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground cloves
Peel of 1 orange
Peel of 1 lemon
900ml water
Sugar to taste
Method:
Add the cinnamon, cloves and Peel to the water and boil for 15 mins. Strain the liquidity a large pan and add the red wine, stone's and brandy. Add sugar to taste, and allow to cool before pouring over ice and sliced citrus. Ladle into punch glasses and enjoy.
