Putting the ‘run’ in MILKRUN.
Weird way to propose, but okay.
Here’s what you’ll need:
320g chicken breasts (about 2), cut into bite-sized chunks
140g pasta (spirals)
1 tbsp olive oil (or oil from sun-dried tomatoes jar)
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 chicken stock cube
1/2 cup double cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
How to do it:
1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through (about 7-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and paprika. Stir for a minute until fragrant. Add the pasta, chicken stock cube, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cook the pasta until tender (about 10 minutes).
3. Once the pasta is cooked, add the cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine. Add the chicken back in and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until everything is creamy and well-mixed.
4. Serve the pasta in bowls, sprinkle with extra Parmesan if you like, and enjoy!

“Salads are boring,” said no one EVER after trying this Asian-Style Barramundi Slaw Salad. And before you ask, yes the @birdseye_au Air Baked Barramundi fillets are the ultimate life hack (you know how much we love our air fryer dinners).
What you’ll need:
• 250g Birds Eye Air Baked Barramundi (there are two portions in each box)
• ½ green cabbage, shredded
• 3 spring onions, sliced
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 100g snow peas, sliced
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
• ½ cup coriander sprigs
• 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp fried shallots
• 1 lime (zested and juiced)
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 long red chilli, sliced
How to make it:
1. MILKRUN your ingredients
2. Preheat a 5L air fryer to 200°C. Place the Birds Eye Air Baked Barramundi fillets into the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown. P.S. You can also use your oven!.
3. Whisk the lime zest, lime juice, sugar, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil. Stir in the sliced red chilli.
4. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, spring onions, red onion, snow peas, and cucumber. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.
5. Spoon the slaw onto serving plates and top with barramundi fillets. Garnish with coriander, toasted sesame seeds, and fried shallots.

• 2 cups diced watermelon
• 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
• A handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
• 1 small cucumber, diced
• 1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Pinch of salt
How to Make It:
1. In a large bowl, combine diced watermelon, feta, mint, cucumber, and roasted almonds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and gently toss. Serve chilled.

Taco night just got easier… and healthier… and crispier... tastier.... anyway, here’s how to make the ultimate fish tacos with @birdseye_au Air Baked Whiting.
What you’ll need:
• @birdseye_au Air Baked Whiting
• 4 small corn tortillas
• 1 cup iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
• ½ large avocado, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
• ¼ red onion, thinly sliced and pickled
• ¼ cup sour cream
• Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
• ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
• ½ tsp sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
How to make it:
1. MILKRUN your ingredients
2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add the sliced red onion and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Air fry the Birds Eye Whiting pieces for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. (No air fryer? No worries. You can bake them in the oven!)
4. Heat each tortilla in a sandwich press or pan until warm and slightly charred.
5. Assemble the tacos, starting with a small dollop of sour cream on each tortilla. Add shredded lettuce, avocado slices, and crumbled feta. Top with the BirdsEye Air Baked Whiting, followed by pickled onion.

How to make it:
1. Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mix into the bottom of a baking dish and chill it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the double cream, condensed milk, and lemon juice. Whip it all together until it’s smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the filling over the chilled biscuit base and spread it out. You can put it in the fridge for about 4 hours, or if you want it quicker, pop it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
4. Serve & enjoy!
