Spring hath sprung, and so has sandwich szn. 🌸 🥪 So to celebrate, we’re making the turkey, brie and cranberry sandwich on repeat. P.S. Cooking bacon in the sandwich press = LIFE. HACK. What you’ll need: - 4-6 garlic cloves - ½ cup avocado oil - Bay leaves - Thyme - Rosemary - 2 egg yolks - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - Salt, to taste - Lemon juice - Chopped parsley - Turkish bread - Cranberry sauce - Turkey slices - Brie cheese - Lettuce - Bacon What you need to do: 1. In a saucepan, combine garlic cloves, avocado oil, bay leaves, thyme, and rosemary. Cook on low for 30 minutes. Set aside. 2. Cook bacon in sandwich press (best hack ever!!!). 3. In a blender, add egg yolks, mustard, salt, lemon juice, cooked garlic cloves, and a splash of the oil. Blend until smooth. 4. Add chopped parsley to the mixture and mix well. 5. Slice Turkish bread in half. Spread the sauce on one half and cranberry sauce on the other. 6. Layer turkey ham, Brie cheese, lettuce, and crispy bacon on the bread. 7. Enjoy! It’s an unwritten rule that Friday nights in = pizza night. What you’ll need: 1 tbsp of honey 3 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp garlic Pita bread Spicy salami Ricotta Mozarella (optional) Chives (optional) How to make it: 1. MILKRUN your ingredients. 2. Mix honey, oil and garlic in a bowl and spread on pita. 3. Top with spicy salami (if you can handle the heat) and dollops of ricotta. Now’s the time to add the mozzarella too if you’re feeling cheesy. 4. Air fry for 5-8 mins at 180C 5.
