We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a cross-venue bottle shop employee at Kings Meadows Porters

Requirements:
previous experience in a customer service role is preferred (but not required?)
knowledge and passion for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
strong communication and interpersonal skills
attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

There are two main chemical reactions in the beer making process that influence colour - one that attaches amino acids to sugars and another that makes the sugar break down.
