This oat cream IPA is filled to the brim with both rolled and malted oats for a thick and juicy body. Heavy dry-hop additions of a couple of our favourite varieties lend huge ripe peach, apricot, and passion fruit flavours, while a lashing of milk sugar soothes any lingering bitterness.

“Warlocks Wisdom is a double west coast IPA brewed with a mixture of modern and classic US hops to provide fruit-forward aromatics with an underlying pine and resin bitterness you would expect from a west coast IPA. We have kept this beer unfiltered to ensure that no flavour is lost but it still pours a beautifully clear and slightly amber colour due to our strict brewing processes. Expect citrus and pine flavours from a heavy addition of Chinnook to the whirlpool and aromas of berry, sweet fruits and pine from the massive dry hop of Strata, Cryo Centennial, Cryo Mosaic and Chinook." - URAIDLA BREWERY

Bigger Enigma is BACK! As you’d expect, there plenty of Enigma hops for a balance of citrus and spice, rounded out with Falconers Flight & Galaxy for a pronounced bitterness."

White With 1 Coffee Porter 5.5% ABV
A dreamy collaboration between Sunday Road Brewing] and this coffee Porter combines a generous helping of White Horse's Gold medal winning Single Origin Cold Brew + a touch of lactose to a fresh brew of porter.
Using naturally processed coffee beans grown in volcanic soil at Ethiopia Tade GG, a farm they have a long-standing relationship with, you'll find the perfect combination of milk chocolate, berries and notes of vanilla combined for a velvety smooth finish.

"Double Florida' is our take on a citrus IPA and one of the boldest IPAs we've ever crafted! ⁠ ⁠

Modern hop vibes from Nectaron lead the charge with broad spectrum citrus and tropical fruit character. Locally grown Vic Secret brings pineapple which combines with the tropical and confectionery notes of Mosaic and Amarillo.

A solid addition of Orange helps bookend this mix, with a big OJ aroma up front and a pithy finish.⁠"

The process was detailed, each step to build on the results of the last. 5 days skin contact, time in oak, 14 months soured and bottle fermented using sugar from fresh Grenache Blanc juice.

With no expectations but to trust the process, the result is wild. A progressive sour wine, created with calculated intent. Stone fruits, somewhat tart, but not confronting."

This beer is all about sticky mango, passionfruit and ripe citrus with the Nelson giving some white grape in the backend to balance the juice. The mouthfeel is full and thicc while being perfectly balanced to allow an onslaught of juice and ever so delicate bitterness to shine. The finish is smooooth and creamy and packed full of hop intensity. This beer is so decadent its almost otherworldly

ABV: 10.9%

This Oat Cream Triple has been dry-hopped with the formidable combination of Citra, Sabro Cryo and fresh 2022 Galaxy.
On the nose it has punchy passion fruit mixed in with slightly dank and pungent vibes from the Sabro.
The body is as the name alludes, nothing but velvet. Creamy, full and soft, with a light carbonation.
The hops are popping in this one with a full on smorgasbord of pineapple daiquiri, passionfruit, mango and pina colada.
The finish is smooth and mouth coating, meaning each sip lingers with juice.
