Meet Sena Goztepeli, the passionate force behind DownUnder Mushrooms. As a qualified horticulturist and permaculture designer, Sena's love for fungi began during her horticulture studies. Since then, she has immersed herself in the fascinating world of mushrooms, cultivating, cooking, and illustrating them. She believes that growing mushrooms is a beautiful blend of science and art. 🎨🍄

Not only is Sena an expert in mushrooms, but she's also a dedicated educator. For the past six years, she has been sharing her knowledge and hosting cultivating mushroom workshops at community centre and events. Her commitment to spreading the joy of mushrooms is truly inspiring! 🌱🌍

🎉 Exciting news! We are thrilled to announce that Grampians Olive Co. is joining Grate as a launch partner on May 15th!

🌿 Home to the historic 'Toscana' Olive Plantation, Grampians Olive Co. has been producing Australia's best organic extra virgin olive oil for over 70 years. Their grove was established in 1943 by immigrant farmer Jacob Friedman and was one of the first and largest in Australia at the time.

🥇 Grampians Olive Co. is the choice of some of Australia's top chefs and restaurants and has won numerous awards and accolades for their consistently outstanding products.

Corowa Distillery Co was born when two footy-loving men with a passion for 🥃 met and shared a dream to turn their town's abandoned flour mill into a world-class distillery. And then they bought it for $1. 💰 No really, they did. They really showed that when a small town unites, big things happen, and the community has become just as much a part of our whisky as the distillery, the ingredients, and the land itself.

📣 Murray River Smokehouse as one of our launch partners! 🚀

Murray River Smokehouse has a rich history, established in the 1950s by the Butt family in Albury. Famous for their unique wood-smoked rainbow trout, the Butt family built a reputation for producing some of Australia's finest smoked goods. Their customer base included visiting royals and Parliament House in Canberra.

In 2016, Anthony Ainsworth and Marie Bucher took over as the new custodians of the smokehouse. Their commitment to quality and passion for their craft have led them to become one of the most respected smokehouses in the country.
