Tom Bignell’s passion for brewing started back in his university days- a few mates trying to
save some dollars on beer... a hobby that (thankfully) became an obsession.
The name T-Bone is simply an old nickname of Tom’s. There is no steak in their beers (yet)! 👀
In 2014, @tbonebrewingco began commercially brewing at the family property in Kempton- home of Belgrove Distillery, from there their dedication to brewing mastery has seen them quickly grow into a local favorite and a destination for beer connoisseurs everywhere. They now sport two taphouses including North Hobart, and their newest addition at Huntingfield.
