We are doing a free tasting in April, by this time our licence will hopefully be approved. We only do Small Batch Whisky and Rum, so each batch is similar but still very unique. We also do Gin, Vodka, Schnapps, Sambuca, and our own range of liquors.

Ok, all, it's been sometime since I have been on here, we have been working towards getting our production licence, unfortunately this is going to take quite a while, it is proving more difficult than we anticipated. For those wishing to obtain our product in the meantime, please DM me and I will let you know how we can legally do that.

Just adding a couple of spicy drinks to our range for those who like a little 🌶 in their drink. Chilli Vodka, Chilli Whisky, Chilli Gold Rum and as mentioned in a previous post a Chilli Rye Whiskey Liquor. All are made from our existing line up just with varying degrees of Chilli added. We hope you will enjoy once we can make them available.

Continuing on our blending path and finding unique mixes, I have just made 2 new blends, 1st up is a Chilli Rye Whiskey Liquor, subtle chilli hint while very smooth. Easy to drink neat and very Moorish, next up is a Rum Gin blend we are calling 260 Gin Rummington, smooth and delicious dessicated coconut rum with a tangy citrus Gin finish, beautiful straight over ice or mixed with pineapple juice very refreshing Summer drink by the pool.

We are still in the process of obtaining our Micro Brewery Licence, in the meantime I will post our full lineup in the next few days. We will organise an open day for tastings in the coming months, hopefully before Christmas is upon us.

A couple of new additions, now making Schnapps, we have 3 recipes we are currently trying, Hokey Pokey, Citrus Dreaming and Cafe Supreme. Hokey Pikey is a subtle blend of Caramel and Vanilla, Citrus Dreaming is a twist on your more traditional styles like Cointreau, and Cafe Supreme is our latest addition, blending coffee and Caramel into an extremely Moorish Schnapps, this can be enjoyed in so many ways. We are still waiting on our licence in order to sell our products. Stay tuned, we will make products available for sale soon.
